What an experience! I have just returned from the 2019 DIA Annual Meeting held in San Diego where I had the honor of co-presenting with Robin Whitsell and Michelle Sacher. The session was “Stories of Career Transforming Moments” where we each shared stories of impactful twists, detours, and turns in our careers in the hopes of inspiring the audience to recognize and appreciate that change happens. Rarely do our careers follow a straight-line path, and several examples were provided where emotional impact drove a transformation. Sparked is looking forward to DIA in 2020 in Washington,D.C.
