This program will allow you to transform from feeling overwhelmed and frustrated to being confident and in control from the convenience of your office or your home. Over the course of three months, 1 hour every other week, you will identify where your time goes and where you want to focus your efforts. It will help you identify the causes that got you here and allow you to develop ideas on how you can be effective and efficient in the future.
